We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operation Officer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple branches, facilitating communication among departments, and supporting overall business functions. This role requires strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage diverse tasks, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Operation Officer will oversee the smooth running of daily activities within the company, coordinate between departments, and ensure that operational standards are met consistently. Key duties include preparing operational reports for management, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves handling HR-related functions, managing supplier and contractor communications, and supervising maintenance and repair projects. Additionally, the position requires training new and existing staff, developing training materials, and managing company correspondence, documentation, and social media accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in operations or administration with proven time management and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work effectively under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good written and spoken English are mandatory. Familiarity with social media platforms and internet research is also important, as the role includes managing online content and promotional materials. A valid driving license is preferred since some travel may be required.
