A well-established company in Bahrain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Office Assistant to join their team immediately. This role is specifically open to Filipino candidates holding a Flexi Visa, eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment located in Nabi Saleh near Sitra.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming emails, processing purchase orders efficiently, and reporting directly to the Managing Director. Additional duties include supervising laborers’ work to ensure quality standards and coordinating tenant maintenance schedules to maintain smooth operational flow.

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar administrative role is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required to handle correspondence and liaise effectively within the team. The candidate should demonstrate reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.

Work Conditions

The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Candidates should note that transportation and accommodation are not provided. Immediate availability is a must for this role.
