We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant cum Personal Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and manage office communications. This role involves handling calls, emails, and document preparation including Excel and Word tasks. Both experienced and fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Handle email correspondence promptly and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain documents using Excel and Word
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
- Good communication skills to manage phone calls and emails
- Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Open to candidates with or without previous experience
- Preference given to Indian female candidates
