Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator and HR Executive with a minimum of five years of experience, specifically within the GCC region, to join our team immediately. This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing both administrative duties and human resource functions, along with coordinating chauffeur and limousine services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting operations across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and comprehensive HR management. Core duties include managing daily administrative tasks, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and drafting accurate professional correspondence. Additionally, this role involves coordinating chauffeur and limousine services, overseeing driver scheduling, and facilitating transport logistics for both clients and staff. Preparing reports, presentations, and management information systems using MS Office tools will also be essential. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies and assisting management with operational support are important aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of combined administration and HR experience within the GCC
  • Proven expertise in managing chauffeur and limousine services
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, professional emails and letters
  • Experience working directly with clients and supporting business negotiations
  • Ability to coordinate multiple drivers and transport schedules effectively
  • High level of organizational ability and capacity to multitask
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and resilience in handling challenges

Additional Requirements

The candidate must be prepared for immediate onboarding and willing to work in either Bahrain or Saudi Arabia. A transferable Iqama (for Saudi Arabia) or CPR (for Bahrain) is mandatory to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with backgrounds in transport, limousine services, or hospitality industries will be highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important traits for success in this role.
