Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support daily operations within an engineering and technical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, combined with technical knowledge of maintenance processes and operational management. This role is based in Bahrain and requires a transferable visa status.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will oversee administrative and operational tasks, coordinate technical staff activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing office workflows, delegating tasks to technicians, and supporting HR and accounting functions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of office administration experience within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Understanding of maintenance procedures and technical operations.
  • Familiarity with local labor and government regulations such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience managing technical teams and operational workflows.
  • Good research capabilities to support business needs.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and human resource processes.
  • IT or technical educational background is preferred.

Additional Advantages

  • Possession of a valid Bahrain driver’s license with driving experience.
