Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator with a strong background in operations to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience managing office administration tasks and operational responsibilities. This role requires hands-on knowledge of accounting and HR processes alongside familiarity with local regulatory bodies such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of office activities while supporting various departments with administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements involving LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT processes.
- Delegate tasks and supervise team members to achieve department objectives.
- Support accounting functions by assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoice handling.
- Utilize MS Office suite to prepare reports, presentations, and communications.
- Conduct research to support operational improvements and business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must currently be residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (no visit visa permitted).
- At least three years of relevant experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
- Sound knowledge of HR and accounting processes.
- Familiarity with Bahrain’s labor and social security systems including LMRA and GOSI.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good research and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Bahrain driver’s license with some driving experience.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of marketing research and social media platforms is a plus.
