Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator with strong operations experience to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role requires hands-on management of office functions, employee coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Candidates must be currently residing in Bahrain with transferable visas and have a proven track record in office administration and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage daily office operations, delegate tasks to staff, and maintain effective communication across departments. Responsibilities also include overseeing HR and accounting processes, coordinating with regulatory bodies such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT, as well as ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or operations management
- Working knowledge of accounting and human resources activities
- Familiarity with Bahrain labor and government regulations including LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Good research and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing and delegating tasks to employees
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Bahrain driver’s license with practical driving experience
- Basic skills in graphic tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of marketing research and social media platforms
