Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain immediately. This role involves managing administrative functions and supporting operational activities within the HVAC department to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining records, reviewing technical specifications related to HVAC parts, and managing procurement processes. Additionally, the role includes following up on service calls, tracking ticket completion, and preparing reports to support management decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum three years).
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and MS Project for data tracking and reporting.
- Good understanding of technical HVAC specifications and parts coordination.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately.
