Santy Excavation & Construction Company W.L.L is seeking a dedicated Garage Administration and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain. This role plays a crucial part in managing the smooth functioning of our garage and workshop operations while supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities in the garage and workshop, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, and vehicle records are accurately maintained. Preparing detailed operational reports and updating records regularly will be essential. This position requires effective communication and coordination with drivers, technicians, and the wider operations team. Monitoring attendance, managing overtime data, and safeguarding proper documentation and filing systems also fall under this role. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the Operations Manager with various daily operational tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have prior experience in administrative or operations coordination roles, preferably within garage, workshop, or construction environments. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reporting tools are necessary to handle data and report preparation effectively.
