Key Responsibilities

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting with procurement-related duties. Daily tasks include reporting directly to the Managing Director and supervising the work of laborers on site. Additionally, the role involves coordinating tenant maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution. A solid understanding of LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures is essential for smooth operation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills to handle phone calls and coordinate with different departments.
  • Ability to efficiently schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
  • Experience in procurement and office administration.
  • Supervisory skills to oversee laborers and ensure quality work.
  • Familiarity with LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
