Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Female Secretary and Catering Accounts Coordinator to join our bakery team in Bahrain. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating catering orders, providing customer service, and handling basic accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, managing catering order schedules, preparing quotations, invoices, and receipts, and maintaining customer and order records. Additionally, they will coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, track stock and supplier payments, prepare management reports, and support general office organization and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience in administration, catering coordination, or accounts, and a basic understanding of accounting principles. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
