Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Operations Officer to join our team and manage daily operational activities across all company branches. This role requires proactive coordination to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and operational standards. Responsibilities include preparing operational reports for management review, monitoring employee performance, and supporting human resource functions. The Operations Officer will also manage communications with suppliers, contractors, technicians, and laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently from initiation to closure.
Additionally, this role involves supervising maintenance activities by identifying issues, selecting appropriate technicians, and overseeing project completion. Training employees and developing instructional materials, such as guidelines and videos, to enhance operational understanding is also essential. Administrative duties including correspondence, documentation, filing, and record keeping are part of the role, alongside managing the company’s social media presence and producing basic promotional designs.
Identifying operational challenges and implementing corrective actions to improve business processes will be expected. The candidate must ensure that all tasks align with the company’s objectives and approved plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Capability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with social media platforms and internet research.
- A valid driving license is preferred; having own transportation is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
