We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a reputable property management company. This critical role involves managing office activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting management with administrative tasks, and serving as a key point of contact for staff and external partners. Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure a well-organized work environment
- Managing incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Preparing, filing, and maintaining essential office documents and records with accuracy
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff
- Assisting with basic financial tasks including invoicing, petty cash handling, and tracking expenses
- Communicating with suppliers, service providers, and external contacts as necessary
- Monitoring office inventory and placing purchase orders to maintain adequate supplies
- Supporting HR administrative activities such as maintaining attendance records and managing employee documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and established procedures
- Providing general administrative assistance to management and team members as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
