Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day office functions to ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Managing incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Preparing, filing, and maintaining essential office documents and records with accuracy
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff

  • Communicating with suppliers, service providers, and external contacts as necessary
  • Monitoring office inventory and placing purchase orders to maintain adequate supplies
  • Supporting HR administrative activities such as maintaining attendance records and managing employee documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and established procedures
  • Providing general administrative assistance to management and team members as needed
