Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Female Administrative Maintenance Coordinator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our management team and various departments. This role involves organizing correspondence, managing office records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, letters, and phone calls. Organizing and maintaining office files and documentation systematically will be vital. In addition, preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other documents as requested is expected. Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing office activities are crucial to this position. The role also includes monitoring office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors when necessary, along with ensuring the upkeep of office systems and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of solid experience in administration or office management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with office procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively within the team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines reliably
- Knowledge of documentation management and filing systems
