Job Overview
A prominent Real Estate Developer and Property Management firm in Bahrain is looking for a diligent Administrative Procurement Officer to join its Administration Department. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily office functions and ensuring smooth coordination between management and various teams.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and internal departments. This includes managing incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone communications. Organizing and maintaining office files and records systematically will be essential.
Preparing reports, invoices, letters, and other office documents as needed is a core duty. The role also involves scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating office tasks, and managing office supply inventories while liaising with vendors.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR and recruitment administrative duties, maintaining employee records confidentially, and ensuring effective coordination with different departments to facilitate daily office operations. The candidate will also oversee the upkeep of office systems and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in administration or office management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong understanding of office protocols are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
The role demands strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask efficiently while working independently to meet deadlines.
