Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager specializing in Hard Services to join our facilities management team in Bahrain. This role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of high-rise buildings, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems perform optimally across commercial properties including malls and office complexes.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will oversee the hard services functions within large-scale developments, supervising technical teams and coordinating with contractors and vendors to maintain smooth operations. This position requires managing preventive maintenance schedules, enforcing safety standards, and handling multiple sites efficiently.

  • Lead maintenance and operational activities for high-rise buildings with 30+ floors.
  • Supervise MEP system maintenance and manage technical staff performance.
  • Coordinate closely with external contractors, suppliers, and property management teams.
