Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative duties including drafting emails, managing maintenance records, preparing schedules, maintaining logs, and producing reports. Familiarity with standard administrative tasks and office procedures is essential to efficiently support daily operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Experience in MS Office applications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Ability to draft professional emails and maintain accurate documentation
