Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and assist various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain filing systems and office records
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative duties
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
