A reputable Real Estate Development company based in Bahrain is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with a focus on purchase and procurement support. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative assistance to streamline office operations and help facilitate smooth communication between management and various departments.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a variety of tasks including managing both incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, letters, and telephone calls. You will be responsible for organizing office files and maintaining accurate documentation. Preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other official documents will also form a significant part of your duties. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, appointments, and oversee general office activity schedules. Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement and inventory upkeep is essential. The candidate will also ensure that office systems and procedures are kept in an efficient and orderly manner.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in administration or office management roles
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite and familiarity with standard office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with team members and vendors
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Self-motivated with the skill to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
