We are seeking a dedicated female Administrative Assistant to join our maintenance department. This role involves providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be locally available and have experience managing various administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls. Maintaining organized office files, records, and documentation is a crucial part of the role. You will also prepare reports, invoices, letters, and other necessary documents, while scheduling meetings and coordinating daily office activities. Managing office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors for procurement fall under your responsibilities as well, along with ensuring proper upkeep of office systems and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite and familiar with standard office procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of documentation and filing systems
