Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and well-organized Admin Officer to become part of our team immediately. This role is critical in supporting everyday office operations and fostering effective communication among staff and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative activities that keep the office operating efficiently. Duties include handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism, maintaining organized records and files, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Additionally, the Admin Officer will prepare various reports, letters, and internal documents, assist HR and management with administrative support, and facilitate smooth collaboration between departments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar administrative position
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
