Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2 to 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), with practical knowledge in performing accurate measurements and coordinating on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed Bill of Quantities for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in project coordination.
• Support project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and management.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with site teams.

Senior Accountant

This role requires an experienced Senior Accountant with 3 to 5 years of expertise in financial management and accounting practices in Bahrain. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate journal entries.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management effectively.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors throughout the audit process.
• Ensure VAT compliance and adherence to Bahrain’s financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Bahrain.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and VAT rules.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Location and Joining

Both positions are based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with immediate joining required.
