We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Accountant to join our energetic team in Manama. This role involves managing all financial aspects of a busy, fast-paced restaurant to help drive the business forward through accurate bookkeeping and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions, preparing budgets and forecasts, and generating comprehensive financial reports. You will ensure compliance with local tax regulations, manage payroll processes, and handle vendor payments efficiently. Additionally, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for growth will be central to your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
• In-depth knowledge of VAT and tax regulations
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational capabilities
• Remarkable attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach
