Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Auditor to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for Indian professionals with a strong background in auditing or accounting who are eager to contribute to financial reporting accuracy and compliance. The position involves supporting senior auditors and collaborating with finance teams to ensure thorough audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Auditor, you will be responsible for assisting in internal and financial audits, reviewing financial statements, invoices, and accounting records. You will verify that company policies and audit procedures are strictly followed, identify discrepancies, and help prepare detailed audit reports. Maintaining accurate audit files and documentation is crucial, as is coordinating with finance teams to gather necessary information during the audit cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must be Indian nationals with 3 to 5 years of practical experience in auditing or accounting roles. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Additional professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or ACCA will be considered a definite advantage. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software are essential to succeed in this role.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in the GCC region, particularly Bahrain, is preferred and will be viewed favorably due to the specific regulatory and business environment knowledge it entails.
