Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in handling infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and be comfortable with detailed measurements and coordinating tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare BOQ documentation accurately.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth site coordination.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Thorough knowledge of BOQ preparation and verification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for site coordination.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role demands 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience. Candidates must possess expertise in preparing detailed financial statements, managing bank reconciliations, and handling journal entries. A firm grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management is essential.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage bank reconciliations and journal entries with precision.
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor cash flow to support business operations.
• Coordinate both internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure VAT compliance adhering to Bahrain’s financial regulations.
• Utilize accounting software effectively and demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
