Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Assistant with at least three years of experience to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, be proficient in Tally and Excel, and have a clear understanding of VAT regulations and year-end audit procedures. This role involves managing accounting tasks and following up on payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with clear communication.
  • Apply knowledge of VAT regulations to ensure compliance in all accounting activities.
  • Support year-end audit procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting assistant role.
  • Proficient use of accounting software, especially Tally, and advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong grasp of VAT rules and regulations relevant to Bahrain.
  • Experience participating in or supporting year-end audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on payments professionally.
