A well-established trading company in Bahrain is seeking a female Accounts Assistant and Collection Coordinator to join their team immediately. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both the Accounts and Sales departments by managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle various tasks including managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and reconciling balances. Regular issuance of account statements and recording received customer payments are also vital parts of this role. Additionally, the candidate will proactively follow up on outstanding collections and coordinate closely with the sales team to resolve any collection queries. Supporting the Accounts Department with basic accounting functions will also be expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Commerce and possess solid communication skills combined with a strong ability to follow up effectively.
