Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accountant with solid accounting expertise and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, be adept at using Tally software, and possess excellent communication skills in English. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, capable of independently managing monthly financial closings, and experienced in preparing management information reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the preparation and finalization of accounts on a monthly basis independently
• Maintain accurate records and accounts in compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process
• Lead and supervise a team of subordinates efficiently
• Prepare timely management information reports to support business decisions
• Ensure all accounting processes are completed within deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Tally software for accounting tasks
• Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Smart, proactive, and a quick thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure
