We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the accounting department by managing financial records, processing transactions accurately, and assisting with daily accounting operations to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping, processing invoices and payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable transactions. This position involves preparing and updating various financial documents and reports, as well as reconciling bank statements and company accounts. Additional duties include assisting with payroll preparation, organizing financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and coordinating with suppliers and customers on financial matters. The role also requires collaboration with auditors and senior accountants by providing necessary documentation for audits.

Required Skills

Reporting Structure

The Account Assistant will report directly to the Accountant, Chief Accountant, or Finance Manager, depending on the organizational setup.
