Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant cum Administrator to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations at a car repair and maintenance workshop in Bahrain. This role requires handling accounting tasks, billing, payment processing, purchasing activities, and overseeing employee management within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to assist with business decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary transfers to employee bank accounts.
- Oversee billing and purchasing procedures to support workshop operations.
- Coordinate office administration and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and labor-related agencies such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in office administration or operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and human resources processes.
- Familiarity with Bahrain’s labor laws and government regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work with accounting software and quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in managing and delegating tasks to employees efficiently.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Indian nationality is required.
- Currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (visit visas are not acceptable).
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary of BD 200 inclusive of all benefits.
