Job Overview

Pride Group of Companies is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to oversee the warehouse operations of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in Al Ain. This role demands a professional with a strong background in pharmacy and hands-on experience in inventory management within a medical warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating smoothly with logistics and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the medical devices warehouse, ensuring all activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, tracking expiry dates, and conducting regular stock audits.
• Guarantee proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with DOH and DHA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with logistics teams, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient stock movement and timely replenishment.
• Implement and uphold warehouse best practices to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical warehouse management.
• Possession of a valid DOH or DHA License or Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
