Ajman Coop is looking to expand its team with qualified and experienced individuals for various roles within its retail operations. We’re currently hiring for positions including Butchers, Trolley Boys, Loaders, Stockers, Cashiers, Fish Mongers, Deli Sales associates, and Fruits & Vegetable Packers. Key Responsibilities

Each role will involve specific duties related to maintaining smooth retail operations:

• Butchers – Preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products responsibly and hygienically.
• Trolley Boys – Assisting customers with trolleys and keeping the shopping area organized.
• Loaders – Managing loading and unloading of stock efficiently to support inventory flow.
• Stockers – Arranging products on shelves, ensuring availability and neat presentation.
• Cashiers – Handling customer transactions accurately and providing friendly checkout service.
• Fish Mongers – Preparing and displaying fresh fish products in line with quality standards.
• Deli Sales – Assisting customers with deli products and maintaining the display counter.
• Fruits & Vegetable Packers – Packing and organizing fresh produce with care to maintain quality.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates with prior experience in retail hypermarkets or related sectors are strongly preferred. Ideal applicants should:

• Be familiar with retail or supermarket workflows.
• Have good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Be able to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in their work conduct.
