Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a motivated Outdoor Salesman / Van Salesman to join our foodstuff distribution team serving hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, groceries, and cafeterias across Ajman and Sharjah. This full-time role involves field sales within the HORECA and retail channels and offers a competitive salary package with attractive commission and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and expanding sales within the assigned market zones. You will deliver products directly to clients, maintain strong contacts with businesses, and actively pursue sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid UAE manual driving license is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales within the UAE market.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ajman and Sharjah markets, with proven existing customer contacts in these areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, focusing on building lasting client relationships.
• Self-driven, hardworking, and target-oriented mindset.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
