Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers at the sales counter, efficiently handling orders, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Core duties include preparing accurate invoices, processing payments via cash or card, and offering detailed product information to customers. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the counter area is essential. Additionally, coordinating with the warehouse team to secure timely order fulfillment and addressing any customer concerns with professionalism are key elements of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience working in counter sales or customer service within the UAE. Familiarity with computer operations and billing or POS systems is necessary. Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service attitude are vital for delivering an excellent shopping experience.
