We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Executive or Assistant to become part of a progressive team based in Ajman Industrial Area, UAE. This position is ideal for professionals with one to two years of experience in procurement or purchasing, aiming to enhance their skills and grow within the field. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing materials and obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers. You will negotiate terms such as pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions to secure the best deals. Coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers to streamline procurement activities is essential.

Maintaining accurate records by preparing and processing purchase orders, following up on delivery status, and updating supplier databases are crucial duties. Collaboration with various internal teams to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements forms a significant part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess one to two years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary to manage supplier relationships effectively. Knowledge of supplier sourcing and management, both local and international, is expected.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, while experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus. The ability to handle multiple tasks independently and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is also important.
