Carimo Empire is seeking a skilled Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Ajman, UAE. This role offers a monthly salary of AED 5,000 and involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth procurement processes to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will manage sourcing and supplier negotiations to secure the best prices and quality. Responsibilities include placing and monitoring purchase orders, following up on production timelines, and coordinating both local and international shipments. The role requires regular communication with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents, preparing and tracking all related procurement and import/export documents.

Additionally, the coordinator will monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing and logistics costs. Preparing procurement and logistics reports for management review is also a key part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have at least three years of experience in procurement, supply chain, import/export, or logistics. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English, both spoken and written. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is required, as well as experience working with international suppliers.
