Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Watchman Cum Cleaner to join our team in Ajman. This role requires a responsible individual to oversee the security and cleanliness of our building, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive, and capable of handling dual responsibilities involving both security monitoring and cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access and identify any suspicious activities.
• Secure all entrances including gates and doors, ensuring they are locked properly during off hours.
• Screen visitors and permit entry according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of security observations and incidents.
• Report any security concerns, damages, or maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Keep common areas such as corridors, lobbies, and staircases clean by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming regularly.
• Sanitize building interiors to uphold hygiene standards.
• Clean and maintain areas around the entrance and parking zones.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted maintenance work.
