Job Overview

Mark & Save, a part of Western International Group, is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to oversee supermarket warehouse operations in Ajman. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient stock management, quality control, and timely order dispatch within the supermarket supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in all warehouse processes. Key duties include:

• Accurately recording Goods Received Notes (GRN) with Manufacture and Expiry dates, particularly for perishable items such as eggs, vegetables, fish, and butchery products, targeting 99% accuracy.
• Implementing and monitoring First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures to maintain freshness and reduce waste across all food and non-food stock categories, aiming for a 98% compliance rate.
• Managing bin organization by category and expiry date using ABC analysis and FIFO principles, maintaining a 98% accuracy target for perishable items.
• Ensuring timely picking and dispatch of supermarket orders within a 0-2 hour window to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Conducting regular quality control checks on temperature-sensitive items and submitting daily perishable stock reports to meet a 100% compliance rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain high accuracy in recording and FIFO compliance. Experience in warehouse operations, especially supermarket or retail food sectors, is highly beneficial. Ability to manage multiple priorities and enforce quality standards is essential for success in this role.

Work Environment

This position is based at the Mark & Save Management Office located in the Black Square Building, Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on perishable goods management.
