Ferns N Petals is seeking a dedicated Store Executive to oversee the operations of our Marketplace (QFC) stores in Sharjah and Ajman. This role requires a dynamic individual experienced in managing multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As the Store Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day activities across multiple retail stores in Sharjah and Ajman.
• Leading and motivating store teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Ensuring excellent customer experiences by maintaining operational efficiency and quality control.
• Coordinating with suppliers and handling inventory management to optimize stock levels.
• Implementing company policies and procedures to uphold brand consistency and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably overseeing several outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills aimed at enhancing shopper satisfaction.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily store operations smoothly.
