Job Overview

Unifive World Tailoring & Embroidery LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to efficiently oversee and streamline factory operations in Ajman, UAE. This role involves managing the workflow from order confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination among production, purchasing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for preparing job orders and collaborating closely with the production team to ensure smooth processing of garments. Keeping track of progress, packing, dispatch, and on-time deliveries is critical to meeting client expectations. You will also coordinate outsourced work with external factories and maintain communication with fabric suppliers to procure necessary materials. Additionally, sourcing new suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations will support cost-effective production. Cross-department coordination between sales, production, purchasing, and delivery teams will be part of your daily tasks. The role also includes assisting with merchandising and supporting overall factory operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in garment manufacturing, factory operations, uniforms production, merchandising, or production coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced garment factory environment in Ajman. The coordinator must be adaptable and proactive to handle variable workloads and ensure efficient operational flow.
