Job Overview

Mark & Save is seeking skilled and responsible Supervisors to lead our Butchery, Fish, and Deli sections. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in retail management and a passion for team leadership within the food retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in your department, ensuring product quality and excellent customer service. You will coordinate staff schedules, monitor inventory, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Leading by example, you will also train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in retail supervision, preferably in butchery, fish, or deli departments
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain productivity
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
