The successful candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, preparing quotations, and managing bookings. She will provide detailed knowledge about various destinations, hotels, sightseeing options, and tour activities. Additionally, ensuring smooth travel operations and delivering exceptional customer service will be core parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in UAE holiday and tour operations
• Thorough understanding of outbound tours and international holiday packages
• Strong familiarity with destinations, hotels, sightseeing opportunities, and tour-related activities
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Deep knowledge of travel and tourism industry operations
• Previous experience within a UAE-based travel agency is highly preferred
