Job Overview

CMS Holoul is seeking a skilled Collection Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Ajman. This role focuses on managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections, contributing directly to the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle banking collection processes effectively.
• Communicate with clients to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment status.
• Follow up persistently on overdue invoices to ensure collections are made.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in banking collections or a similar financial role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
