SAGA Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content tailored to various platforms. Your duties will include:

• Producing high-quality photos and videos showcasing our property listings.
• Filming and editing property tours, promotional reels, and other video materials.
• Designing eye-catching social media graphics, advertisements, posts, and stories aligned with brand standards.
• Managing and regularly updating the company’s social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Crafting engaging captions and marketing messages to attract and connect with the audience.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to promote new listings and campaigns.
• Staying informed of the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies to enhance content effectiveness.
• Ensuring all produced materials maintain consistent branding and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or in a similar creative role.
• Strong skills in photography and videography, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• A creative eye with great attention to detail and ability to produce fresh content ideas.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Experience working within the UAE real estate market.
• Understanding of social media advertising, algorithms, and current digital marketing trends.
