Bussma Advertisement is seeking a skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to join their expanding team in Ajman. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with relevant experience in operating CNC laser cutting and engraving machines. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process, working with various materials commonly used in signage manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC laser cutting and engraving machines. Monitoring machine operations to guarantee quality and safety standards are met is essential. Additionally, interpreting production drawings and job specifications accurately to meet deadlines is a vital part of the role. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks will also be expected to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year of hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting or engraving equipment
• Familiarity with machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and job specifications accurately
• Experience working with materials such as acrylic, MDF, stainless steel, and aluminum is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to meeting production deadlines
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to handle operational issues

• Candidates must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates
