Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support and Network Technician to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in network infrastructure and technical support within the UAE market. The successful candidate will handle IT operations across both office and construction site environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and prompt resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include maintaining and troubleshooting network components such as LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, and cabling. You will also provide technical support for hardware including computers, laptops, printers, and internet connectivity problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for basic server maintenance, network administration tasks, and managing CCTV and biometric attendance systems. Regular travel between company sites will be necessary to ensure smooth IT functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant work experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of network technologies including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi setups.
• Experienced in troubleshooting various IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and internet connectivity issues.
• Basic knowledge of server upkeep and network administration.
• Experience in handling CCTV surveillance and biometric attendance systems.
• Ability to deliver IT support in both office and field environments.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Willingness to travel between company locations as needed.
