Job Overview

Orbit Voice Call Center FZE is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our platform and its users. This role is essential for delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of customer interactions, including responding promptly to questions about accounts, payments, and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to transactions and system errors, recording and following up on customer concerns, and providing timely solutions to maintain satisfaction. Maintaining clear, consistent, and courteous communication as an official representative of the company is a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Proven problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer issues effectively
• Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The salary for this role is fixed at 4,000 AED. The company is welcoming applications from candidates of Filipino, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, and Myanmar nationalities.
