Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Paratha and Nasta Maker to join our catering team in Ajman. This role involves preparing traditional parathas and assorted breakfast items while maintaining the highest standards of taste and quality. Candidates with backgrounds from Nepal, India, or Bangladesh are encouraged to apply, as fluency in English or Hindi is required to communicate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of parathas and nasta items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the working area and kitchen
• Work efficiently during the 11-hour shifts without weekly offs
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation

Requirements

• Proven experience in making paratha and traditional breakfast items
• Ability to work long hours with no weekly off
• Good communication skills in English or Hindi
• Nationality preference: Nepali, Indian, or Bangladeshi

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from AED 1500 to AED 1700, depending on experience. Additional benefits include visa sponsorship, accommodation, and meals provided by the employer.

Work Environment

The position is based in Ajman and involves a fast-paced kitchen environment. Candidates should be prepared for full-time work without weekly days off and must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
