A leading Contracting and Services Fitout Company is seeking a talented Arabic-speaking female Sales and Marketing professional to drive business growth across the GCC region. This opportunity offers flexibility to work remotely or from a physical office located within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals related to products, interior fitout services, and operation and maintenance solutions. You will be instrumental in achieving target sales goals and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts across the Gulf.

• Engaging with potential clients and managing client relations effectively
• Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the GCC market
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Providing regular sales reports and aiding in strategic planning

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing within the Gulf region, specifically in products, interior fitout, or maintenance services
• Excellent communication and client management skills with an outgoing and result-driven attitude
• Strong capacity for contract negotiation and closing sales
• Skilled in strategic planning and reporting to support business decisions
