Job Opportunity: Site Engineer (Steel Structure & Fabrication)

We are looking for a competent, experienced, and responsible Site Engineer for steel structure projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of steel structure and fabrication work at site

Overseeing erection and installation as per approved drawings

Managing labor and workforce efficiently

Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards

Completing project tasks within deadlines

Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers

???? Required Skills:

Practical experience in Steel Structure & Fabrication

Strong command of AutoCAD (ability to read and interpret Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, and Layouts)

Experience in site documentation (Daily Progress Reports, BOQ, Material Reconciliation, Work Orders, Billing Records, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data Entry, Progress Tracking, Material Consumption Sheets, Basic Formulas & Reporting)

Good understanding of measurement and quantity take-off

Strong team management and communication skills

???? Experience:

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience (Steel Structure project experience is mandatory)
